Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration will be conducted in Hartford, Connecticut, or remotely via videoconference, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut for the resolution of any disputes.
